Mô tả công việc
1. JOB PURPOSE
Overall responsibility for all admin task relating to daily operation for the project
2. JOB DIMENSIONS
Full responsible in works assigned but limited in final approval.
3. PRICIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Arrange necessary booking for business trip such as: book the air ticket and hotel for business traveler
- Arrange transportation, visa application, health check,
- Control monthly inventory and make the plan to purchase the stationeries, tools, equipment every month
- Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
- Be in charge of implementing administrative practice and issues in the project
- Other work required by the team

- University graduated (or appropriate degree) in business administration, linguistics; social sciences and humanities or relevant field.
- Fluently English communication
- Good management and organizing skills.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Administration.
