Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for ensuring the plant's entire Automation, Instrumentation & Control distribution networks and related systems are designed according to relevant standards and ensure that all contractors’ designs are correct.
• Responsible for the design reviews of all contractors in relation to the Automation, Instrumentation & Control equipment selection and networks, related to the smelter project for all areas.
• Provide technical support to internal & external customers & suppliers related to the role.
• Lead continuous improvement and corrective action activities related to the Automation, Instrumentation & Control system.
• Ensure all relevant safety objectives and Automation, Instrumentation & Control standards are in place and adhered to for all contracts.
• Analyze project requirements, identify and address design parameters, Automation, Instrumentation & Control challenges and ensure solutions are implemented accurately, timely and within budget.
• Create and finalize designs to meet project scope of work and safety requirements, Bill of Materials and Spare part requirements.
• Work closely with Electrical Engineer & suppliers/contractors to ensure compliance to SOW and relevant standards.
• Engineering Automation, Instrumentation & Control drawing development inputs as required.
• Lead the design reviews for the Automation, Instrumentation & Control network / systems.
• Assist contractors and suppliers in the development of PLC, Robot, and HMI programs and applications.
• Assist contractors and suppliers with the detailed design requirements of the all the relevant Server requirements and Data storage systems.
• Assist contractors and suppliers to develop the industrial network & fiber optic network to interface with all areas.
• Assist contractors and suppliers with defining requirements for level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 Automation networks & systems.
• Develops Factory Acceptance Testing plans (FAT) and Field Installation documentation associated to the Automation, Instrumentation & Control and attend FAT’s as required.
• Develop Site Acceptance Testing plans (SAT) & actively participate in the SAT onsite.
• Assist with Site Engineering, Project commissioning, start up, and ramp up of the Entire electrical distribution system.

* Essential
• + 8 years’ Automation, Instrumentation & Controls engineering experience
• Bachelor’s Degree ( Bsc/Msc) in Automation & Control Engineering required
• Competent in the use of Automation engineering software
• Strong understanding of Automation, Instrumentation & Control manufacturing processes
• Good project Automation engineering capabilities, design, SOW of work creation
• Good ability to design Automation, Instrumentation & Control systems & networks
• Overall ability to design and review all levels of Automation equipment
• Able to problem solve and troubleshoot as the need arises
• Able to work in a project team with multiple teams
• Able to work in an office ( Hanoi) and site based ( Dak Nong) project team
• Exceptional English & Vietnamese written and verbal communication skills
* Additional requirements
• Rockwell & Schneider automation experience related to PLC programming.
• Rockwell Software RSLogix 500, 5000, FactoryTalk View ME/SE programming software
• Programming Logic Controllers (PLC) (e.g. Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Configuring and designing HMI/OIT systems (e.g. Allen Bradley, National Instruments, Maple Systems)
• SQL Database setup and programming, such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and SQLite
• SIMATIC Step 7 / TIA Portal / WinCC programming software
• PowerFlex 520/750 Series VF Drives, Kinetix Servo Drives
• Robot stacker Programming & Commissioning
• Inductive Automation and Wonderware HMI/SCADA software development platforms
• Data Collection & Management Systems for KPI and IIoT / Industry 4.0 data collection
• Experience with troubleshooting and commissioning automation equipment
