Project Associate

We are looking for candidates who have passion on Fintech and E-commerce platform for following vacancy:

Working location: HCM City

Job Summary: Carry out and be involved in both Operational and Strategic action plans for business. Provide business solutions when needed with a passionate and opened mindset

- Proactively plan the operation and have new ideas for the assigned project to ensure the achievement of growth targets, for example: increasing the number of customers and converting customers into paid forms.
- Work with different departments to ensure quick implementation of standard of procedures (SOPs).
- Identify errors, difficulties in operation and take necessary corrective actions as well as adjust SOPs.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports or other reports for management on business development, personnel planning, current situation analysis, and forecasting, etc.
- Work and corporate with key person both inside and outside to promote the products nationwide

- Bachelor or Master's Degree, prefer in Business Administration
- 1- 3 years of working experience
- Demonstrated strategic planning and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical skill and able to make judgment based on logical reasons
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner, adaptive and flexible
- Committed, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Like challenging goals and fun environment
- Good in English, both speaking and writing
