Mô tả công việc
• Receive orders from Sales teams.
• Process orders with foreign and domestic suppliers (Purchase Order, Confirmation form of End users, etc)
• Process contracts with customers: Contract/PO, Order confirmation, etc, v.v
• Make sure to buy the right amount, correct type and delivery on time
• Follow and ensure delivery between suppliers and customers.
• Enter data into the system
• Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from University or above in Business Administration, Business, Law, Economics, Foreign Trade, etc.
• At least 2 years working experience at relevant position
• Proficiency in office computer: Word, Excel, Power point.
• Ability to use English fluently
• Problem solving ability
• Good communication skills, flexible, proactive, creative and responsible with work.
• Hardworking, caring, careful, enthusiastic, agile.

OTHER INFORMATION
• Probationary: 02 months
• Working time: From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday) and 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on two Saturday mornings per month)

• Holidays: Annual holiday trip according to Company’s regulation
• Welfare: Full regimes required by law (Social insurance, Health insurance, birthday party, etc)
• At least 2 years working experience at relevant position
