KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Under general direction of the Senior Technical Advisor (STA), the Project Assistant (PA) will contribute to the overall delivery of assigned project outputs and results and will need to acquire a detailed understanding of the project logical framework and other project documentation.
• Act as facilitator between the STA and project stakeholders including Project Management Unit (PMU), the Provincial People’s Committee, government ministries, local institutions and multiple development partners.
• Assist the STA in general implementation of project activities and reporting project progress and achievements against specified targets and timescales.
• Translate documents, correspondence and interpret in meetings, workshops and trainings.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for project related activities.
• Perform any other tasks as required by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• A university degree in languages, social science, HR development, economics, marketing or any other related discipline.
• At least 2 year experience working as a project assistant
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, result-oriented
• Proficiency of English and Vietnamese
• Good communication skills
• Experience in working for development projects is an asset
EMPLOYMENT PERIOD: The start of the contract is foreseen from October 2019 and for a performance period of 11 months to end August 2020.
WORK LOCATION: Bac Kan City, Bac Kan Province, Viet Nam.
