Following and Monitoring projects related to Operations: capacity management, last-mile and hub improvement, resources allocation and optimization.
Main Accountability
• In charge of a specific project or projects within Operations team, closely working with last-mile and hub team: cluster managers, cluster supervisors, hub manager/supervisors.
• Developing detailed project plans, ensure resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
• To build a flexible scheme on capacity management: ramp up or reduction based on volume, P&L analysis. Regularly monitor and review this scheme to make sure it is best optimization.
• To support all ops managers/supervisors fully understand and run capacity management scheme efficiency
• To find proper labor resources suppliers in metros, provinces and work with them how to smoothly align with DHL capacity management scheme.
• Growing your project management skills to the next level and develop business acumen that will make you a true specialist in our industry
• Building long-term partnerships between customers, operations, and other support teams
Finance & Projects
• Implementation project for customers demand/situations
• Optimization the Operation process to deliver the profitability
• Other projects, related to Operations and regional tasks

Functional Experience
• Previous experience in eCommerce and logistic
• Extensive experience in project management roles
• Background in business skills, project management, budgeting and analysis
• Experiences in working with cross-function department, internal customers
Geographical Experience
• Experiences in different cultural of regions of VN: North, Central, South
• Should know geographical of provinces in VN
• Understand the provincial transport network in North/Central/South
Education / Qualification / Certification Requirements
• University degree is a must
• Computing skills (Excel, Presentation,…)
