Mô tả công việc
▪ Conduct secretarial and administrative supports for project activities
▪ Arrange project logistics: preparation of stationaries, formatting and printing project documents, etc. ... as required
▪ Assist in preparation of the project document and reports
▪ Supporting in organizing project training, seminars, workshops, etc.
▪ Conduct desk research and project data entry upon request
▪ Prepare financial payment procedures for project activities
▪ Perform other duties if required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
▪ Bachelor of Arts preferably in engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Language studies or related areas
▪ At least 2-3 years working experience in similar position
▪ Ability to work with a minimum supervision, exercise judgment, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
▪ Very good command of English, especially English writing
