Mô tả công việc
Our team of Project Management Office (PMO) is looking for candidates who are ready to support assigned tasks as Project Management Associate (PMA), including project tracking report consistency and completeness check, BI Report creation, Ad-hoc reports, MCR data cleansing, Sales order follow-up, interact with stake holders for various topics…
The candidate will be well-trained in Project management related processes/ sales and purchasing processes/ tools at Bosch in order to be able to assist project manager in managing project.
>> Your missions would be:
- Assist project manager in project management related task such as: risk report, project budget/ resources/… tracking report…
- Work on Purchasing /Sales process (BPO - Business Process Outsourcing); support Project Managers on sample tracking.
- Communicate with German/Japanese customers and Indian project coordinators for project status and information sharing.
The candidate will be well-trained in Project management related processes/ sales and purchasing processes/ tools at Bosch in order to be able to assist project manager in managing project.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
A good match would have:
- Project management knowledge with background in Economics
- Hands-on experience in data analyzing, making reports
- Well versed in using office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Good Power BI is a big plus.
- Proficient in English in both speaking and writing skills.
- Good in Japanese language or German language is also advantage.
- Quick learner and high team work spirit.
