Project Architect

• Report to the design architect

• Act to prevent deficiencies and errors in work and service by planning and monitoring work

• Identify and resolve project-based problems with the standard of work or service

• Verify the implementation of solutions

• Control further design and documentation processes until deficiencies have been corrected

• Review and approval of the work of project staff

• Liaison with secondary consultants and co-ordination of their work

• Undertake contract administration activities as required.

• Check project documents prior to design architect’s review

• Good Command of English (overseas employees: IELTS 4-6 or equivalent)

• High to very high proficiency in Revit

• High proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Indesign and Photoshop

• Proficiency in MS Office & Excel

• Working knowledge of Office 365 Sharepoint

• Working knowledge of Office 365 Planner and Teams

- Standard Working: 5 Days/Week
