• Must have very good English and Vietnamese speaking and writing skills
• Organise document control for the project office
• Preparing and dispatch of admin documents
• Project suppliers ordering and inventory
• Manage mailing and courier services
• Issue purchase orders and process invoices
• Distribute and reconcile petty cash float
• Maintain office cleanliness and well-being
• Arrange travel, flights, visas, accommodation etc.
• Any other general office duties as requested from time to time
• You will report to the Project Manager-in-charge
