Mô tả công việc
This position will based in Factory in Binh Duong with contract term is 6 months at the beginning.
Main responsibilities:
1. To provide general administrative and clerical support to Project team (25%)
• Stationery preparation for new staffs: Taxi card, Mobile card, Stationery, name card.
• Arranging Visa, residence cards, following up school fee payment for Expats.
• Monthly following up expense of mobile phone, taxi and sending the monthly report to Project Director
• Purchase to Payment process for purchase under EUR2500
• Manage Petty Cash spent
• Taking care of other tasks as assigned by Project Director
2. To provide travel arrangement and training/ meeting support (30%)
• Taking ownership of arranging air ticket, accommodation, transportation, visa application for project team members and guests, support invitation letter for visitors to apply for visa
• Logistic arrangement for Internal training, meeting, conference (venue, tea-break, lunch, dinner etc.)
3. To use SAP execution system for purchase order and Concur for claim (45%)
• Preparing Purchase requisitioning, goods receipts/service entry sheets and payment via SAP system:
• Preparing concur expense to claim the petty cash for office using
• Preparing concur requests and travel expense for Project Director
• Contact with service agencies/vendors of project to follow the projects procurement status (if required)
• Maintain project documentation share device

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree of Business administration or other equivalent educations
• 1 to less than 3 years of experience in relevant administration/clerical tasks
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Service minded
• Open for different things
• Good at communication, with both external and internal stakeholders
• Proactive and taking initiatives in communication
• Experience in SAP will be an advantage
• English: good – both in written and verbal
