The PAC Group is seeking a Project Administrator, with 2-5 years’ experience to join its PAC Vietnam team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, coordinating and facilitating project activities for PAC Group personnel at client locations throughout Vietnam.
- Develop relationships with client accounting / accounts payable departments to ensure smooth and timely administrative processes and payments.
- Facilitate and support tracking of project cost and expenses for clear financial reporting and planning.
- Provide an overall positive attitude and willingness to proactively ‘get things done’ for PAC Vietnam and support PAC activities across the region.
- Ability to support with marketing activities - professional social media experience is a plus.
Work Experience
- 2-5 years in finance, economics, marketing, business administration or other related fields.
- Intermediate level understanding of accounting and finance.
- Experience working in an international business environment - automotive or transportation experience is a plus.
- General understanding of manufacturing/production processes, supply chain management, product development and engineering processes and project management.
Desired Skills and Education
- Detail oriented and ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Amazing communication skills.
- Able to work well with diverse teams from multiple cultures.
- Self-initiative, friendly, outgoing personality and results driven.
- Creative and efficient user of MS Office and online computing tools.
- Excellent communication skills (fluency) in English - other language(s) are a plus.
- Accustomed to working in a rapidly changing, high growth environment. Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes.
