Basic Function
• To deliver total business support to the Hospitality Projects team including professionalizing the project management function and forward process development in order to help deliver profitable growth across our Projects and Hospitality business
• To manage and continually improve all customer performance metrics including quality and OTD
Duties
• Generate and manage integrated programme plan for all Hospitality Projects, optimizing resource allocation in order to maximise KPI performance
• Develop and embed professional Project Management principles, practices, systems and tools across the team
• Establish and operate to ‘commitment acceptance’ principles in collaboration with Sales organization and manage performance to agreed deliverables and SLAs
• Manage overall change control / variance order process
• Act as key interface to Sales organization and liaise with key internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis in order to effectively manage specific project process flow, from initial briefing to final delivery and execution
• Establish and execute regular overall programme performance reporting process to ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of status and key risks
• Proactively assess and manage key project risks, identify mitigation plans and wider support requirements
• Effective leadership, coaching and development of the Hospitality Projects team
• Continuously identify opportunities for business improvement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Skills & Competencies
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• 7+ years of experience managing significant projects/programmes preferably in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Extensive professional project management skills and experience (professionally recognised PM qualification preferred)
• Experience and knowledge of PM systems, tools and application
• Engineering expertise and experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, highly organised, goal oriented, and passionate about what you do and enjoy working in a creative environment.
• Excellent at presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner to all levels of employees.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office and technically savvy.
