Program Officer

(1) Manage on-going health and social security projects and support Vietnamese counterpart agencies with necessary procedures to promote project preparation and implementation
(2) Support Japanese experts and project staff in project activities
(3) Coordinate among JICA Headquarters, Ministry of Health and relevant/counterpart agencies
(4) Arrange missions, meetings, take meeting minutes and work as interpreter when necessary
(5) Conduct internal ex-post evaluation of terminated projects according to the guidelines and guidance of JICA headquarters
(6) Coordinate necessary procedures for training and scholarships in Japan
(7) Collect necessary information related to health and social security

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Written and oral communication skills in Japanese (Equivalent to N2 level of Japanese language Proficiency Test、N1 is preferable).
- More than 3 years working experience in office work. The experiences related project implementation and management are preferable.
- Experience with computers, including MS Word and Excel.
