Program Manager

** Report to: Plant Manager

** JOB SUMMARY
- Plan, organize, coordinate as well as lead new projects or new program team to meet program timing. Monitor progress of each gateway and take corrective actions when schedule delay.
- Perform as customer window except regarding of commercial issues.
- To manage new programs as assigned from official customer onward through the development and the start of production including the assignment after program launch

** RESPONSIBILITY
- Plan, organize timeline of new program launches.
- Coordinate to all related parties to ensure new programs launch seamlessly and meet schedules.
- Conduct and monitor program launches and make corrective actions.
- Perform as customer window to meet their requirements and /or to meet their satisfactions except regarding of commercial issues.
- Perform as project leader or program leader as authorized by top management
- Make reports to present program progress including problems plus solutions
- Integrate all information of each program
- Perform other jobs as assigned by superiors.
- Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across any and all areas of the program
- Create contacts list, detailed assignments, action items log and communication tracking tool

• Physical Ability: Sex Male or Female; Age: 30 years old up
• Education: Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering
• Experience: 3-5 year of experience in Project Management
• Training Need: IATF16949 & ISO 14001, Leadership for Manager, Control Plan, How to meet Customer satisfaction
• Special Skill Ability: Good command of English in both written and spoken English, PC literacy, Leadership skill

- Salary: 1200-1800$/month + Bonus: Variable Bonus/KPI Bonus: 2 months
- Mobile allowance: VND 300,000/month
- Transportation: Van pick up from Haiphong center to Factory
