- Manage Global Customer Account and organize regular performance meeting with these customers to meet the target of service quality
- Act as the single country / network point-of-contact for day-to-day operational issues for the Global Customers Account
- Work closely with Regional Group of Global Customers Account to integrate solutions for Customers to ensure service performance targets are achieved, customers’ satisfaction are met and the solutions are provided at highest level of productivity and lowest acceptable cost.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good command of English communication in both speaking and writing
- Able to communicate in Korean would be an advantage.
- Experience in Project Management and Performance Management
- Experience in logistics operations or key account customer management.
- Basic knowledge of the import & export procedure in Express (desirable)
