Job Purpose: This role is to drive key programs/portfolio for multiple strategic projects of Agency Sales with the objective of to have measurably successful impacts and to engage across salesforce by implement sales-driven initiatives as well as develop agency salesforce capabilities by providing coaching, mentoring and training programs that align with PVA methodology and standard

Key responsibilities:

Plan for programs/projects related to Salesforce Development (MDRT/Millennials/Recapture…) to develop sales growth
- Conduct analysis to determine best solutions for solving sales issues/opportunities
- Work out project plan which includes business requirements, project roadmap, timelines and obtain the approvals.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI), in line with the approved business cases

Develop and actively manage approved projects/programs
- Lead cross functional project teams from both internal and/or external Agency Distribution to deliver specified programs/projects effectively and solve ad-hoc problems that occur during project implementation
- Provide input into business case initiatives and ensure that all associated costs, risks and mitigation plans are incorporated and vetted accordingly;
- Integrate activities, through identifying and managing interdependencies, to ensure that projects are well coordinated;
- Identify, manage and control financial and operating risks and issues affecting the managed projects/programs;
- Implement project reporting, change and control processes in line with the PVA procedures and standards;
- Manage projects/program that meet consistency, transparency, efficiency and align with strategic KPIs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Do the communication and education campaigns for stakeholders
- Influence Agency Sales management team to get their buy-in to the impact of the project on business’ growth and their collaboration ensure effective implementation
- Receive inquiries and feedbacks from users to have better upgrades or adjustments.

Requirements:
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in project management/Business Administration or related fields;
- Project Management Professional Certification or Scrum/any Agile Certifications are plus

Knowledge and skill set:
- Sales-driven mindset and strong visibility in field sales
- 3-5 years working experience in managing projects/programs that large, complex and cross-functional.
- Good knowledge and understanding in sales area of life insurance industry is a big plus
- Very strong in influencing, verbal communication and presentation skillset, should be able to take the stage and be able to explain the critical of program to all Agency Salesforce
- Critical thinking and connect the dot
- Good knowledge and has hand-on experience in project and program management methodology and techniques;
- Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program;
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management;
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures;
- The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
