PURPOSE STATEMENT
Leading new projects/ programs to ensure everything run smoothly & effectively from end to end.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, resource identification, scheduling of project timeline and design of detailed project tasks
- Work closely with business owners and representatives to collect facts, conduct data analysis, drive problem-solving process and propose solution
- Coordinate with related functions (commercial, IT, customer service, operations, etc.) both locally and globally for alignment and drive implementation
- Track project deliverable and report on progress of the project to project lead using appropriate tools
- Prepare business analysis and summary documents to support the project evaluations and assessment of results
- Manage task to completion ensuring successful delivery
- Carry out other duties as required by regional leadership team and management

Academic background: Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
Job experience: 3+ years working on manufacturing industry & experience in leading project.
Skills:
Proficient in written & speaking skills (Vietnamese & English).
Good data analytics, process and system enhancement and change management.
Strong driven & execution across functions.
Strong time management, adaptability, problem solving, presentation skills.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, power point, email, Internet...
