Program Coordinator

• Assist with airport pick-up and drop-off.
• Conduct attendance checks every morning before departure and after class.
• Help students board the bus on time and assist if any issues arise.
• Prevent any students from leaving without permission and handle minor student requests.
• During class time:
• Work on Phu My Hung service apartment marketing tasks.
• Complete other assigned tasks and staff training.
• Prepare and finalize agreements with hotels, universities, and bus companies.
• After the program:
• Submit a final program report within 5 days after students leave.
• After approval, the success bonus will be paid within 7 days.

• The majority of physical work will be in the morning.
• Additional 2 million VND if the program runs smoothly.
• Smooth overall program operation.
• Effective management of students and tasks.
