1.MERCHANDISES AND GIFTS MANAGEMENT:
- Initiate and align on overall permanent Point of Sales Material (POSM) strategy in accordance to brand strategy and business objectives with respects to cost-effectiveness, legal requirements, retail environment, and brand guidelines.
- Act as final contact point to Sales department to communicate merchandising execution guideline and response to new deployment/replacement requests.
- Provide process to ensure planning and execution of trade programs and merchandising activities can best deliver the brand strategy and business objectives.
- Work closely with Procurement &Purchasing to source/manage vendors for premium and merchandising production. Manage time-lines and negotiates budgets allocated to the projects contracted with agency/vendor.
- Consolidate the entire spending plan for Merchandise & HRC investment and continuously update Year-to-date actual records versus spending plan to ensure the best possible use of all Marketing budget.
2. HORECA MANAGEMENT:
- Develop and implement a HORECA strategy, which builds brand values amongst core targeted consumer groups and ensure appropriate HORECA coverage in hotspot, and touchpoints.
- Develop relevant trade engagement and brand activation programs in the HORECA channels in alignment with brand & portfolio strategies, in order to drive trials, off-take, sales volume - avoid conflict with other channels; monitor progress, adopt corrective action where necessary to achieve optimum results.
- Effectively manage a cross-functional team including direct reports and internal stakeholders to ensure programs/ activation are delivered in-time and in-full.
- Optimize channel visibility, merchandising and activation; includes consulting development of POSM and visibility standards, also deployment execution and events.
- Budget management to optimize spend

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in brand activation & relationship building across types of Horeca, GT channels.
- Background in Tobacco & Alcohol marketing is a plus; Possess consumer marketing knowledge.
- Fluent English & proficient computer skills
