Professional Solutions - Marketing Senior Executive

Online Marcom activities:

– Create news & Compose content to Website, Facebook, Youtube & e-Newsletter
– Deploy the digital campaign for advertisement (Social & Traditional Media)
– Collaborate with Product Specialist to ensure the content has enough informative and useful to customers
– Translate the Press Release for a publicity
– Follow the website of distributors in order to gather info and also give support for content.

Marketing Collateral management

– Utilize the supplied content of product ads from HQ to localize the Standee; Billboard; POP etc.
– Able to use a creative software (AI; Photoshop; Adobe Creative Cloud Apps; etc.) to make a marketing material
– Checking & correcting the Vietnamese version of marketing material which received from HQ (Brochure, Operation manual, etc.)
– Plan, Manage & Control the free-away gift inventory & delivery as ordered

Event & Promotion Organization

– To be a coordinator to deploy a promotion campaign on time
– In charge of logistics & other arrangements to ensure a successful event (equipment transportation; venue decoration; contacting point; etc.)
– Collaborate with Product Specialist to give a suitable indoor supplement and to make a proper Marketing material & collateral for the event
– Well control the cost within the approved budget

A&P budget management & compliance

– Well control the balance of budget to all product categories and within the A&P forecast
– Prepare budget proposal for each Marketing activity and control expenses with finance team
– Undertake the administrative tasks to A&P budget
– Undertake the administrative tasks to Compliance process
– Collaborate with Salesman to complete a proper procedure of getting approval from B.O.D
– Collaborate with Legal team for a proper Contract / Agreement / Payment document in compliance with regulations

Data preparation and other tasks

– Prepare reports based on Div. Head’s request
– Support for other task assigned by the management

Education: University graduates (Marketing; Marketing Communication; Communication).
Experience: 3 years working experiences in Marketing or 1-year experience in the same position, working at multi-national company is preferred.
English: Advanced
Knowledge:
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Knowledge of creative software for picture manipulation
- Good at MOS (Word, Excel, Ppt), able to use creative software (AI; Photoshop; Adobe Creative Cloud Apps; etc.)
