1. Audit and assurance (70%)
- Be involved in audit and assurance services on site or as a controller.
- Monitor and control audit staff and achieve internal team building.
- Establish and perform risk management control.
- Design and perform tests of internal controls over financial reporting.
- Recommend improvement on tax and accounting treatment and internal control for our clients.
- Provide management and review over audit plan and audit papers to keep audit quality control high.
- Facilitate better communication and develop a long term relationship with our clients and deliver value added support.
- Train audit staff to improve their knowledge and develop their soft skill on an ongoing basis.
2. Non-audit (30%)
- Provide management and review overall of the following services to our clients as both an internal reviewer of accounting staff and an external reviewer on site.
- Bookkeeping
- Tax compliance
- Human resource related affairs
- Facilitate better communication and develop a long term relationship with our clients

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least “consecutive” seven-year experience in “accounting/auditing firm”
- Vietnamese CPA Certificate is “must”.
- University degree in accounting or auditing
- Good command in English (writing, reading and listening)
- Experience in accounting, taxation and human resource is preferable
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Having a spirit of devotion to the customer with good interpersonal communication
