Mô tả công việc
• Plan, schedule and monitor the job schedules (project, audit, training, advisory…) of the company to the customers for the professional team through call, email, direct meeting…
• Balance the needs of the team capacity with the customer’s demands
• Track, monitor the report deadline of the team and report to manager on a weekly basis
• Arrange the logistics (transportation, accommodation…) to the professional team
• Support the manager in tracking the allowances of the professional team
• Support the professional team to write the reports
• Conduct the other work-tasks as required by the BOM

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College or University graduated
• At least 2 years’ experience on admin
• Good communication and presentation in English and Vietnamese. A third language will be a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates successful decision making ability
• Technical knowledge of computer user applications
• Working under high pressure
• Willing to travel (sometimes)
