Mô tả công việc
- Establishment technological processes, machine conditions, equipment selection, tools for model changes, design changes, countermeasure to increase output and improve quality of production lines.
- Design Jigs; Set up specifications for equipment, along with contractors to manufacture and operate equipment; Advise for factory line improvement, automation solution, labor reduction on the line.
- Improve the layout of the plant, layout of product flow, layout of the line, in accordance with standard Tack time, calculate standard time operation time and arrange manpower.
- Carry out the installation and handling faults on vehicle (ECU), contact the parent company to find solutions.
- Receive technical change information from drawings (from Japan) and then conduct preparations for these design changes.
- Set-up conditions/rules to manage all equipment of the plant, in conjunction with the maintenance group to control working conditions of equipment, the longevity of the equipment, improve technology to reduce materials consumption (eg. welding electrodes, paint, etc).
- Study solutions for issues arising in the production, together with QA, QC provides solutions, prevention and control problems by using Pokayoke system.
- Opportunity to be trained professionally in mother company (Japan) or in large corporations such as Toyota in Vietnam.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD drawing & good reporting skills.
- Creative, 3D thinking, passionate about mechanical design, computer science.
- MS Office & Proficiency in English (knowing Japanese is an advantage)
- Passion for automobile, and equipment used in automobile factory.
- Dynamic, active and be able to work under high pressure.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD drawing & good reporting skills.
- Creative, 3D thinking, passionate about mechanical design, computer science.
- MS Office & Proficiency in English (knowing Japanese is an advantage)
