Products Designer

• Work with project managers and team members to provide professional recommendations for concept, design, art direction, production, and quality control.
• Define design criteria; develop concept and direction; propose, direct and create art and photography
• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
• Develop design briefs
• Effectively communicate technical messages visually and rework diagrams and sketches into polished format
• Coordinate multiple projects and prioritize assignments
• Redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and resource
• Produce accurate and high-quality work
• Ensure deadlines are met and work effectively under pressure

- Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills
- An excellent understanding of architecture, spatial layout, lighting, and visual composition
- A strong art portfolio is an absolute must
- Creative person with a good eye for art/design.
- Strong command of English speaking & writing is a plus
- 3-5 year-experience as Graphic Designer in professional companies is preferred
- Well-organized, result-oriented, good teamworker
- Adaptable and flexible with a desire to evolve and grow within XLCONCEPT long term.
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
