Job Description

- Supporting Plant management and operation ( Making Mid-term plan and Budget)
- Improving Productivity and Capacity ( Kaizen)
- Creating monthly manning plan for operation
- Integrity and teamwork attitude
- Passion to make investigation and take action on-site (Genba)
- Improvement mind ( Kaizen mind)

Qualification/Requirements

Age : 26-32

Gender: Male or Female

* Welcome Female candidates and also Welcome male candidates
who is willing to work 4 / 3 shifts (Inc. night shift)

1. Have a Bachelor's degree
2. Have 3-4 years’ experience and at least 1 year experience 3/4 shift
3. Communicate fluently in English
4. Logical thinking and problem solving skills
