Production Unit Manager

To lead and manage production department
- Communicate production strategy and goals & objectives
- Monitor, report and evaluate the performance of strategic and business plans for responsible production unit
- Develop policies, procedures, working process for responsible production unit
- Supervise, motivate and build up production capacity in the teams.
To organise and manage production operations
- Anticipate the needs of production manpower and related facility requirements (workstations, office facilities, software types and licenses...).
- Communicate with clients on working requirements regarding clients' request and expectation when necessary.
- Control the implementation of working processes, workflow to minimize operational risks.
To manage department human resources
- Design and propose department organization - organizational structure, HR planning, JDs.
- Request and coordinate with HR and TD in planning and implementing all training activities for team members.
- Coordinate with HR to manage all employment-related issues for production staff.
'To provide professional supports
- Plan for, organise and monitor the implementation of production-related projects.
- Provide data to Sales team for calculation of product pricing.
- Support other departments in customer-related matters

***REQUIREMENTS:
Education: College graduation in English, Graphics, BA or computer science.
Experience: 4, 5 year experience in management positions for production, manufacturing or IT service firms
- Have working experience with IT developments, ERP system (e.g.: SAP, AX, Oracle, Infosys)
- Have working experience in photography, graphic design is an advantage
- Have professional knowledge in production process, quality control, HRM
- Good at leadership & management skills, Planning, delegating & reporting
- Excellent English skills (both oral and written)
- A mature, professional mindset with an eye for detail and demonstrate knowledge of applying IT solutions for production/graphical purposes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in a Vietnamese and international context.
- Willingness to work outside normal working hours when required, and willing to travel overseas.
- Willingness to take on extensive responsibilities and ability to handle cope with deadlines and high working pressure
