MISSION
- Leading a trainer team to train and develop skill operators
- Embrace difference in manufacturing environment for benchmark on efficiency and effectiveness
JOD DUTIES
- To develop, maintain training program and skill management program
- To build safety & 5S culture among Production DVC team
- To coach team to grow up competence
- To manage change proactively and agilely
- To manage trainer team to provide training to DVC
- To lead PTR activities and proactive problem-solving coordinator for 2 sectors
- and other tasks as the business required
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Training & development management
- Together with functional manager and support function departments to build a master training & Coaching plan for all level at production, plan is aim to
a. Improve functional skills
b. Improve cross-functional skills
c. Improve leadership skills
- PTR and Problem-solving management
+ Participate in PTR & validation phase of project to release production lines to related sector supervisor, ensure quality and readiness for mass production.
+ Overall managing problem solving system to avoid repetition of human failure at production lines

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation or Industrial Engineering
Working Experience: 3 years as minimum in production experience; at least 1 year experience as trainer/ coach
Business Understanding: Industrial management, Manufacturing processes, LEAN, Digitalization, automation
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English communication, Problem solving, Coaching
