- Prepare and control all operation instruction manuals
- Work with mother company in Japan and other sections about issues related to products
- Manage compliance of production process, technology procedures
- Identify troubles, contact other related people and decide relevant solutions
- Involved in customer audit events
- Lead and control works of 5-member team

- Age from 30 years old
- University degree in Mechanical, Mechanics, Electric - Electronics
- Have 3 years experience in production technology
- Prefer have experience in Electrical Manufacturing
- Language skill: N3 (English is a plus)
- Leadership, Negotiation, Problem-solving skill
