Production Technician (Packaging/ Brewing)

• Operating, monitoring all machines/equipment to maintain the quality of product and ensure the operations are done properly.
• Ensuring all activities in shift must be recorded and reported to superiors and to other technicians of the next shift to follow.
• Implementing quality checks to ensure product quality and process conditions in aligned with quality standards, regulations, procedure and participating in improvement actions & activities to prevent quality problems.
• Implementing basic maintenance tasks and actively participating in TPM improvement activities: improve machine productivity, workplace performance.
• Participating in the overhaul activities to ensure the longevity for all machines, the periodical cleaning to maintain cleanliness of the working areas.

• University/College graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Food technology/Chemistry
• Ability to speak and understand the technical terms of English
• Being good in computer skill (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel..),
• Having at least 1-2 year-experience in operation and maintenance, or at least 1 -2 years working experience in beer industry
• Careful, hardworking, high disciplined awareness
• Problem solving, Analysis and Training skills
• Good Behavior, Collaboration
