Production Team Leader

The Production Team Leader for Nefab Bac Ninh factory will be overall in charge of the manufacturing operations which includes of production, raw material and finished goods warehouse and inventory, people management of relevant areas and KPI management of management. In addition, this position will take full accountability of ensuring all facilities are maintained and safety procedures and policies are enforced, to ensure zero accidents and/or injuries and to follow corporate Code of Conduct policy. This position will report to Production Manager of Nefab Vietnam.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Activities
• Monitor the production quantity in the production records and analyze any short fall and rejection and initiate action for improvements.
Giám sát sản lượng sản xuất trong báo cáo sản xuất và phân tích bất kỳ sự thâm hụt và giảm tải và lên kế hoạch cải tiến.
• Monitor the utilization of the machine & Material
Giám sát việc sử dụng máy móc và nguyên liệu
• Ensure the identification of the material at all stages in the production shop floor
Đảm bảo việc xác định nguyên vật liệu ở tất cả các giai đoạn trong khu vực sản xuất
• Ensure the 5S of premises in the production shop floor
Đảm bảo quy trình 5S của các cơ sở trong khu sản xuất
• Training to operators on production, quality and safety.
Đào tạo cho các nhà khai thác về sản xuất, chất lượng và an toàn
• Keep and record working time of operators and send to accounting for monthly salary calculation
Duy trì và báo cáo thời gian làm việc của các nhà khai thác và gửi kế toán để tính toán lương hàng tháng
• Monitor the material receipt to the stores based on the plan and communicate any short falls observed to the concerned Marketing
Giám sát và theo dõi biên lai hóa đơn nguyên vật liệu đến các cửa hàng dựa theo kế hoạch và thông báo kịp thời bất kì sự thâm hụt nào xảy ra có liên quan đến Marketing
• Co-ordinate with all other internal departments to ensure smooth production and dispatch
Phối hợp với tất cả các bộ phận nội bộ khác để đảm bảo sản xuất và điều phối thuận lợi
• Based on the marketing schedule received from the business development, ensure the monthly raw material quantity requirement and production requirements are planned by considering the stock availability in the stores.
Dựa trên lịch trình tiếp thị nhận được từ phát triển kinh doanh, đảm bảo yêu cầu số lượng nguyên liệu thô hàng tháng và yêu cầu sản xuất được lên kế hoạch bằng cách xem xét lượng hàng tồn kho tại các cửa hàng.
• Based on the above plan -carry out the machine loading plan and communicate the same to the concerned machine operators.
Dựa theo kế hoạch trên, thực hiện kế hoạch tải máy và trao đổi với các nhà khai thác máy liên quan

Facility Management
• Maintain and improve the factory facility
Duy trì và cải tiến cơ sở vật chất nhà máy
• Keep 5S at all the time
Luôn duy trì 5S mọi lúc
• Improve and develop organisation capabilities through effective performance management and planning/utilisation of human capital resources
Cải tiến và phát triển các khả năng tổ chức thông qua quản lý và lập kế hoạch/ sử dụng hiệu quả các nguồn lực con người.
• Develop relationships to improve performance with employees
Phát triển mối quan hệ để cải thiện hiệu suất với nhân viên
• Build positive working relationships within the global organisation and serve as point of contact for broader corporate initiatives.
Xây dựng mối quan hệ làm việc tích cực trong tổ chức toàn cầu và phục vụ như là điểm liên lạc cho các sáng kiến công ty rộng hơn.

• 4-5 years’ Experience in Packaging industry (corrugated, foam, wooden or plywood) or related to packaging industry
Yêu cầu: 4-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong các ngành: Công nghiệp gỗ/ ván ép, Bao bì linh hoạt, Công ty sản xuất nội thất, Chất liệu Foam,…
• English fluent will be added value
Ưu tiên ứng viên thành thạo Tiếng Anh
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
• Highly motivated, independent individual with strong leadership and people management skills

• Good quality problem solving and decision-making skills
Giải quyết vấn đề tốt và kỹ năng ra quyết định
• Document Control System (such as MasterControl) experience is a plus
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Hệ thống kiểm soát tài liệu (như MasterControl)
• ERP experience is a plus
