Mô tả công việc
• Leads production team on shift and in emergency.
• Manages and follows up on production parameters
• Ensures safety, quality and productivity in production.
• Guarantee to fulfill customer expectations and requirements in production.
• Ensures a good team spirits, adequate information flows and stimulates safety & health in the department.
• Contributes to and participates in the improvement projects of Cost Saving and reduction, Quality Improvement.
• Manages and follows up on production parameters

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Vietnamese native
• Has a degree from a Technical College, University Engineering Degree preferred, with 3-5 years experience in production/ manufacturing.
• Good team spirit and drives for results
• Has good coaching analysis, communication and supervisory skills
• Good knowledge of production processes, equipment, machines.
• Very good speaking and writing skills of English and Computer
Work Place: Quang Ngai, Vietnam
