Work Location: Washing Machine Factory - Plot 2, Thang Long II, Yen My, Hung Yen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working at Production Department in Hung Yen and being mainly responsible for the following tasks:
• Control target and action plan of Production Assembly line.
• Make plan for man-power, man-hours, production process layout based on production plan.
• Analyze production issues in process and market and make countermeasure report.
• Monitor and promote in process production assembly line efficiency.
• Train and instruct Production Leaders, Sub-leaders about line balance method.
• Make daily, monthly, yearly production report.
• Other jobs will be assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
REQUIREMENTS:
• Male; Bachelor Degree in Technical major
• Proven 5 years experiences in production management in foreign company.
• Have solid knowledge of line balance, QC Flow chart, 5S, 5Why analysis, ISO.
• Good communication in Vietnamese and English; Japanese is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skill
• Good command of Excel, Power point.
