Mô tả công việc
- Responsible to manage, lead and supervise a team to achieve the organization objectives.
- Be responsible for a workshop production plan, maintenance plan, lines production rotation, downtime, scraps, sub-material consumption and Human relation, lines productivity and reports;
- Supervise maintenance activities, material handling activities and control sub-material, spare parts consumption in workshop;
- Coordinate with other sections to improve workshop operation and take action to ensure smoothly production;
- Ensure product is produced according to the print in order to meet the industry standards and customer expectations for quality.
- Manage the machine capacity and people capacity (this include the associate work schedule like OT, time off, vacation etc) with alignment to the order schedule.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3-4 years experiences at the same position in a manufacturing industry with lead team more than 30 persons
- Experience in lean production or 5s
- Living in Binh Duong or willing to move to Binh Duong for working
- English communication
- Experience in lean production or 5s
