Work Location: Long Thanh IZ, Dong Nai
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-ordinate with other departments to run manufacturing lines
- Manage the production according to Bosch standard (safety, quality, delivery, cost)
- Manage operation team (above 200 associates)
SPECIFIC TASKS
- Maintain traceability system for product
- Planning and tracking of training activities
- Providing day to day guidance to shift supervisors and shift executives
- Guarantee the safety and stimulates the well being with his/her work area
- Plan, advise, motivate and guide the member of the team and initiate changes if required
- Conduct the daily consultation with reference to the cooperation between different departments
- Draw up the objectives in consultation with the unit manager
- Control and organize the activities with reference to realization of the objectives
- Monitor the budget of the work area
- Manage improvement project
- Guarantee the continuity of knowledge and skills in the team
- Evaluate the performance of subordinate quarterly

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Industrial Management
- A minimum of 3-year experience as Production Supervisor in a manufacturing plant
- Good problem-solving skill
- Good understanding of Quality Management System (ISO9001; 14000; IATF)
- Ambition to lead
- Strength of character
- Ability to motivate and develop associates
- Ability of delegating tasks and assessing performance of associates
- Innovation
