Mô tả công việc
• Manage the cutting operation in order to achieve the production target in quantity and quality
• Follow up the daily production plan with senior supervisors and staffs
• Follow up DCT of Cutting, EMB, Print & DC as standard
• Follow up target & output& input of sewing line
• Provide full cut panels for DC is 100 %
• The cut quantity is 100% as requested by the customer
• Allocate work according to the capacity of the staff
• Have a regular training plan for worker
• Carry out the cutting procedure and work instruction procedure
• Carry out the ISO 9001 and 14001 procedures and documents for Cutting department
• Be responsible for the enforcement of company's internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management
• Control overtime of all staff & worker
• Ensure that no labor accidents happen
• Attend full training courses for work

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated University
• Intermediate- Advanced level of English
• Ability to read and interpret all internal/external Quality documents (records/manuals etc)
• Ability to write analytical reports and correspondence to related department
• Management skills
