Production Supervisor

To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city and Di An, Bình Duong Warehouse, we are looking for someone who is energetic, ready to learn with experience in production planning for our TPF Sports business.
- Position : Production Supervisor
- Division : TPF IMEX / Supply Chain Department

- Working place:
o 3 - 4 days/ week in TPF Warehouse: 962/6, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Tan Thang Quarter, Tan Binh Ward, Di An, Town, Binh Duong
o 1 - 2 days/ week in TPF Office: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang Boulevard, District 7, Ho Chi Minh
- Working time : 7h00 Am – 4h00 Pm, Monday – Friday

This role is responsible for planning production workflow and coordinating production operation to meet customer delivery requirements:
Production planning: Work on all input information then do the planning to obtain desired output
- Clarify all Warehouse program requirements and program timing provided by Sports team;
- Base on the delivery schedule and the incoming stock schedule, brief and prioritize task to set up plan for production team in warehouse;
- Coordinate with Warehouse manager to oversee production schedule and follow- up the production plan to control timing, number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.;
- Prepare and submit status and production report as request;
Production operation: Conduct the sample, product production and advise on the possibility, capacity and stability of the production of Vietnam Warehouse
- Conduct, organize the production process to ensure customer fulfillment and facility capability;
- Oversee the incoming stock schedule then work with Warehouse manager for the stock receipt;
- Coordinate between sale team and warehouse team to work on product sample to meet the standard of client, Manager;
- Keep track of the available stock, production status, warehouse capacity for smooth operation;
- Understand the specification sheet of product and give advice, solution on the technical possibility;
- Others tasks relating to production to fulfill the assigned responsibility;

- Have good English skill set, verbally and in writing;
- Have strong background, understanding on Production, supply chain;
- Have initiating action, problem solving, facilitating change skills;
- Have strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent communication, interpersonal skills;
Preferential criteria:
- Experience in production planning, production operation in garment, packaging, printing is preferential;
- Have passion in Production, logistic and supply chain area;
