Production Supervisor

- Report to General Manager
- Well run the daily production requirement to achieve customer expectation
- Analyze and making decision to manage the production team
- Visual control and set the regulars, manage departmental performance measures
- Through systematic problem resolution to resolve Employee issue
- Double - check reports (daily, weekly, monthly) of the production cycle
- Co-ordinate and ensure to full fill all KPI aligned with the company's goal. Keep main production indicators on target
- Understand improvement opportunities and establish the improved way to do
- Participate regularly in continuous improvement events
- Other tasks as requirements

Working at No. 01, Road 3, VSIP Bac Ninh Urban and Service Industrial Park - Phu Chan Commune - Tu Son Town - Bac Ninh

- Age: 28 – 35 years old
- Male is preferable
- At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment if relevant to F&B/ packaging is bonus
- Bachelor's Degree: Engineer
- Fluent in English is advantage
- Organizing, Planning, Communicating and Prioritizing Work
- Leadership, coaching skills and willing to give advice when needed.
- Problem solving skills (systematic methodology, logical and reasonable)
- Teamwork. Decisive ability
