Production Supervisor

1. Manage and supervise the workers, control production processes from raw materials to finished products (Costs of operation, materials, semi-finished products, finished products, equipment, employees, energy, chemical, waste, etc.)
2. Cooperate with related departments to solve issues arising during production
3. Participate in investigating causes and control the corrective and preventive action regarding quality and food safety.
4. Build documents to control quality, train and implement tasks to team leaders and operators.
5. Prepare work manual, operation manual and appropriate templates for production processes.
6. Report yield, progress and quality of each shift.
7. Participate in internal and external audit, customer's audit.
8. Build 5S process and model for production.
9. Contribute ideas for the projects of the factory when requested.
10. Report yield quarterly and yearly. Propose method to improve the efficiency.

1. Knowledge
- Evaluate the quality control system.
- Good command of GMP standards, SSOP in food industry
- Good command of organizing production.
- Good command of production procedures and products.
- Build and implement ISO 22000, HACCP, 5S

2. Professional skills:
- Planning
- Preparing documents.
- Logical analysis
- Sensory evaluation of products
- Use the statistic and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of equipment used in production

3. Soft skills:
- Computer: fluency in office softwares
- Leading teams
- Preparation of reports
- Training and coaching
- Persuasive communication and presentation.

4. Education:
- College/University degree, major in Food technology, Food chemistry, etc. or related industry

5. Experience:
- 3 or more years of experience in the same position.
- Experience in managing team of 20 or more workers
- Experience in dealing with customers or business partners
