Production Supervisor

• To assist Assistant Production Manager to lead a team of Team Leaders and Workers.
• To assist in the planning and implementation of manufacturing strategies.
• To be responsible to achieve operational efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing plan.
• To assist the Manager-Production in meeting production schedule, target and quality product.
• To ensure that production staffs adhere to good safety.
• To liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the production department.
• To follow the Standard ISO quality control practices at all time.
• To maintain discipline and build a great team spirit within the department.
• To inspect all machinery and material handling equipment are in good working condition.
• To ensure the right raw materials are used and the quality of the production batch meets the specification.
• To ensure that good housekeeping at work area.
• To co-ordinate and inspect on receiving raw materials and issuing of finished goods.
• To check the firefighting facilities monthly.
• To appraise the performance of Team Leaders & workers.
• To train the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) & ensure the team adhere to operational procedures.
• To follow 5S, EHS

• Degree preferably in Chemical or mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 years manufacturing experience in a medium size manufacturing operation.
