Production Supervisor

*Report to/Báo cáo cho: Operation Manager

1. Daily production supervise
'- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; monitoring progress; revising schedules; daily reporting results of the processing flow
- Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues on the production line in a timely manner (tool down issues, yield, quality issues) to meet customer's requirement
- Work with engineering to identify the root cause and preventive actions.
- Review reports and confer with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to solve work-related problems
'- Provide neccesary training to subordinates/newcomers to be able to meet Velcro STD and customers' requirement.

2. Production process standard and procedures
'- Create and revise procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and implementing change.
'- Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining with established policies and procedures
'- Initiate and lead all potential improvement (CI projects) related to production and to support other functions.

3. Assist operation manager for other tasks assigned "

1. Bachelor in mechanical/electric engineering, mechanical design
2. Knowledge of mechanical engineering
3. Minimum of 2 years relative experience
4. Experienced with CAD or 3D drawing is a plus
5. Language good in oral and written English is preferred
6. Hold a electrician licence is a plus
