Work Location: Refrigerator Factory - Plot B6, Thang Long IP., Vong La, Dong Anh, Hanoi
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Working at Production Department in Ha Noi and being mainly responsible for the following tasks:
- Make daily, monthly, yearly production report of Production Department.
- Make plan for man-power, man-hours, control cycle time, production process layout based on production plan.
- Analyze production issues in process and market and make countermeasure report.
- Be in charge of SAP system, ISM, ISO documents, QCFC (quality control flow chart), PFMEA (process failure modes and effects analysis), AQ1 meeting (Mass – production confirmation) for new model
- Monitor & promote current process: line balance (measure operation time, transfer and sequence operation), kaizen to optimize operation time, 5S-3T.
- Other jobs will be assigned by Assistant General Manager

• University degree, major in technical field
• Have from 2 years of experience in production management
• Have knowledge of MOST, Line balance, SAP system, Kaizen, 5S, QCFC, PFMEA
• Advanced English, Japanese is an advantage
• Good command of Office
