Production Supervisor (Good Benefit)

- Manage 3 operators & 1 leader (100 -200 person), goods, quality & quantity for molding section.
- Receive order from dept, order materials, worker hiring to prepare for production.
- Monitor KPI and PDCA cycle, productivity, and safety.
- Work with QC, department and other department to carry out process improvement.
- Deal with defective products.
- Other details of the job will be discussed in the interview.
- Company provide bus transport from Bien Hoa city and Ho Chi Minh city
- Working from Monday to Friday (8h - 16h30)

- Graduated College or University, from 30 years old and above.
- Have 3 or 4 years-experience as Production Management.
- Good at English to communicate with Japanese managers and make report in English.
- Have good knowledge about manufacturing systems like 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 4M, 7 tools of QC, PDCA.
- Good at word, excel, power point, Pareto (production diagram).
- Hard – working, enthusiastic.

- 13th month salary bonus - Performance bonus ranges from 2 to 4 month salary amount.
