Mô tả công việc
• Follow up the daily production plan with direct subordinate (team leaders)
• Follow up DCT of Cutting, Embroidery, Printing & Distribution Center (DC) as standard
• Follow up target & output& input of sewing line
• Cut panels are in standard quality
• Allocate work according to the capacity of the staff
• Have a regular training plan for worker
• Carry out the cutting procedure and work instruction procedure
• Carry out the ISO 9001 and 14001 procedures and documents for Cutting department
• Handle everything concerned to production
• Be responsible for the enforcement of company's internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management
• Control overtime of all staff & worker
• Ensure that no labor accidents happen
• Attend full training courses for work

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated University (Garment Industry is prefered)
• Have experience in manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret all internal/external Quality documents (records/manuals etc)
• Ability to write analytical reports and correspondence to related department
• Proactive

• Detailed oriented, well disciplined
