Production Supervisor Assistant (Production Controller/ Production Admin)

Production Supervisor Assistant will assist Production Supervisor as needed to meet Production Goals.
* Job Description:
● Support and assist in all aspects of daily factory operational needs
● Interact constructively with other departments
● Report to Chief Accountant about WIP on a monthly basis
● Complete required production reports
● Supply workers with tools and equipment within allowed budget.
● Coordinate with Maintenance Department to order spare parts
● Contact equipment suppliers for technical troubles

* Controlling tasks include, but not are not limited to:
● Strongly push and closely monitor production process
● Work with the production employees to ensure that all necessary inspections of finished goods are completed before shipping
● Apply barcode to control and update actual production process (WO)
● Manage Route Sheets, Pallet Tickets
● Keep track Bill of Materials database (BOM) and report as needed
● Follow KPIs to drive profitability in business and meet financial expectations.
● Assist purchasing with inventory control, keeping track of products, verifying items in and out, and reviewing inventory differences
● Maintain a safe working environment at all times, following all safety procedures as well as training others on safety (6S)
● Perform all other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management personnel

● 3-5 years experience in this position
● Excellent English Reading
● Basic English communication skills (oral and written)
● Basic Excel skills
● Working understanding of ERP system
● Use WIP control
● Well understanding about 6S
