SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
Must possess the following knowledge, skill and ability and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
• Requires strong understanding of financial analysis, account budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong production costing experience: monitoring job profitability and performance.
• Provide financial recommendations/ consultation to Production Management as well as other Key Stakeholders in the Sales; Engineering and R&D department
• Ability to access and accurately input information using moderately complex computers, software and databases; proficient with M/S Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read, write and speak English language sufficient to understand and communicate with customers. Must have excellent verbal, written skills.
• Ability to prepare reports, detailed documentation, with the proficient use of Excel spreadsheets, Word, and PowerPoint.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education: BA degree (MS preferred) in Accounting, Finance or Business that would provide the required knowledge, skill and ability to perform the job.
Experience: Minimum 60-months experience in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent Business experience) in a similar size manufacturing operation; with additional 36-months supervisory or management experience.
Grooming: Must maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance appropriate for front-office and professional contact with visitors.
