Mô tả công việc
Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone
- Manage 1 production team with currently 20 operators to comply with company and safety regulation
- Control the quantity & quality of products in production shift in order to meet the goal as production plan
- Find causes of malfunction, analyze and eliminate with Maintenance Engineers and Process Engineer together
- Supervise work, change staff and machine utilization if necessary, support if necessary
- Manage 1 production team with currently 20 operators to comply with company and safety regulation

Qualifications
* Graduated from University/Technical College, major in Mechanical/ Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Business Management
* Have at least 02 years experience in position of shift leader in manufacturing plant (direct managing operators will be an advantage), referable for who have experience in metal processing or car industry
* Strong mindset with safety, quality, and target achievement
* Basic knowledge of PDCA approach, referable for candidate know about Lean manufacturing, and TPM application
* Basic knowledge of how to control document and production record
* Good command of English
* Ability to work in shift model (3 shifts)
