Mô tả công việc
Factory Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone
- Receive effectively shift hand over information from previous shift
- Conduct safety inspection round in assignment area in early of the shift
- Conduct 5S inspection round and check the readyness of manpower
- Conduct shift meeting with key operator, advice key operator for tasks of the day
- Review, implement, and update status of "open point list", that based on reaction plan
- Report to supervisor in the morning meeting
- Conduct inspection rounds (process confirmation for hourly count report, implementation of reaction when having deviation )
- Conduct milk run inspection, and coordinate with LOG colleague for the sufficient of consumable
- Create Work Order and coordinate with TEF4 colleague in fixing all deviation of processing equiments
- Advice and support key operator in trouble shooting when there is any deviation, coordinate with QMM3 colleague to solve quality issue
- Escalate to suporior as designation if any
- Review hourly count report from operator at the end of the shift, and make OEE report
- Implement SAP booking as designation
- Hand over effectively information to the next shift

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University/Technical College, major in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Business Management
- Have at least 3 years experience in position of shift leader in manufacturing plant, referable for who have experience in metal processing or car industry
- Strong mindset with safety, quality, and target achievement
- Basic knowledge of PDCA approach, referable for candidate know about Lean manufacturing, and TPM application
- Basic knowledge of how to control document and production record
- Have at least 3 years experience in position of shift leader in manufacturing plant, referable for who have experience in metal processing or car industry
- Strong mindset with safety, quality, and target achievement
- Basic knowledge of PDCA approach, referable for candidate know about Lean manufacturing, and TPM application
- Basic knowledge of how to control document and production record
