Job Purpose:
Cooperate with Shift Leaders to coordinate all activities in shift, in order to ensure the safety, quality, environment and compliance.
Responsibilities:
•Take full responsibility of all activities in shift, including quality, safety, environment & compliance.
•Train & refresh training employees on SOP to ensure they work safely and follow SOP.
•Manage and monitor staff performance in reaching target yield was set.
•Cooperate and coordinate to control NG, RFT, LOSS, WIP, OTIF... achieving target.
•Other tasks assigned by upper levels.
Other information:
•Report to Production Manager
•Number of direct subordinate: >10 staff
•Working at one of two below location:
1. AkzoNobel Coatings Vietnam - Lot 107, Amata Industrial Zone, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
2. AkzoNobel Powder Coatings Vietnam - Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Nhon Trach, Dong Nai

Yêu cầu ứng viên
•Mechanical/ Electric college is required/ University graduated preferred
•3-5 years production shift leader experienced in MNCs, non-manager level
•Experienced and knowledge of paints/ coatings are preferred.
•Computer: Word, Excel.
•Leadership and management skill.
•Good communication skills, be learned and progressive spirit.
•Fair speaking and writing of English.
•Prefer candidates nearby Bien Hoa, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach - Dong Nai
