JOB SUMMARY
• Responsible for the planning strategies and manufacturing planning to ensure synergy between manufacturing and its support functions towards meeting the Customers’ demands timely and at all times.
• Lead department towards achieving the best results in measurement indices to be aligned to business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure On-Time Delivery of Customer Orders.
• To coordinate and resolve Customer Delivery Issues.
• To communicate with BUPM/GSCO on tactical direction and implementation of Business Strategy.
• Coordinate with engineering, equipment, manufacturing and support function to execute business plan.
• Place emphasis on long term business horizon and advice on the strategic move.
• Create competitive edge with ultimate objective of customer confidence and loyalty.
• Provide weekly, monthly KPI update to management on manufacturing performance, output, on time delivery.
• Liaise with warehouse to ensure excellent piece part support and minimum piece part inventory level.
• Optimized use of systems and tools to ensure subordinates carry out their task efficiently and effectively.
• Management of planners and Die Cage team. Plan and divert resources efficiently and effectively towards realizing the business goal.
• Training of new hire.
• Yearly KPI set up and monitoring as weekly basic.
• Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Business or Industrial Engineering.
• 4-8 years of manufacturing experience with a Multi-national company in Planning
• Able to lead and motivate subordinates to achieve organizational goals.
• Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
• Basic computer understanding with knowledge of Office tools.
• Strong oral and written English skills.
• Beneficial if experienced in working with Advanced Planning Systems.
• Supply Chain understanding desired.
• Strong Process Understanding.
• Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills.
• Semiconductor or Hi-Tech Industry experience a plus.
• Ability to prioritize based on challenging business needs.
• Skill in applying and developing performance measures.
• Strong attention to details.
• Effective organization building.
• Possess sound business and financial knowledge
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
